Water Taxi Fund Drive
Update:
We're Down to the Engines!
We have finally found the boat that we have been dreaming about for Beyond Malibu.
A Canadian company
Custom Boat Works in Parry Sound, Ontario is making a Stanley
12-passenger water taxi with a front drop gate. They have manufactured this boat
under the 12-passenger guidelines for Transport Canada so all of our criteria are met.
Thanks to your donations to the Water Taxi Fund we are able to buy the boat outright!
Unfortunately we still need to raise $35,000 to buy the engine package.
We hope to have the taxi available for use this summer.

Why a Water Taxi?
Canadian Maritime regulations require Beyond Malibu to transport hiking trips in
groups of 12 or less to and from trailheads. The size
and speed of a water taxi makes it the ideal vehicle to deliver trips around the inlet
both safely and efficiently.
Currently Beyond shares a water taxi with Malibu Club. Schedule restrictions
and increased transportation demands in both camps make water travel a limiting factor in providing a
professional and quality experience to participants. This vessel will be used to address all
of Beyond's transportation needs and also be available to supplement Malibu's growing need.
Please prayerfully consider partnering with us to continue to provide a quality Beyond
experience for years to come.
